The house is equidistant from several beaches (between 1.5km and 2km according beaches), allowing you to change track or place to stroll as you wish or as the wind.

The walks on the island of Noirmoutier are many biking;
a bike hire is located 150m from the house down the street.

The property was clean and tidy as there was only 3 of us staying we only used heating for the rooms we used which was adequate.
The kitchen had most utensils and and plenty of crockery .
The parking is a drive in front of the house whith entry and exit on a bend in the road which can be a bit awkward if there are vehicles travelling along it as you blind to traffic coming from the left.
We did enjoy our stay at this property but it would have been nicer in the summer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à noirmoutier. La maison est grande, fonctionnelle et très bien placée à proximité du centre et des différentes plages de l’île à portée de vélo. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation.
