The apartment features a small kitchenette equipped with a cooking plate, fridge, and kettle, providing everything you need to prepare simple meals and refreshments during your stay. You will also have access to a private balcony, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring.
The room offers a comfortable bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.
Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment, and fresh towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
For your convenience, guest support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also store your luggage free of charge at our Welcome Center if you arrive early or wish to explore the city after check-out.

This address enjoys a central location in Porto, just a short walk from Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, and Avenida dos Aliados. The area is surrounded by charming cafés, local restaurants, and the vibrant Cedofeita district, while São Bento Station, Bolhão Market, the Crystal Palace Gardens, and the Ribeira waterfront are all easily reached on foot.
You can take the Trindade metro station, then 5 min walking to the apartment.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The best apartment!!! It was very well located, so clean, with all the facilites to have a good stay and obvoiusly I recomend to stay in this appartment!!! I want repeat!!!

A very small apartment, on the last floor of the building.
Small, but cosy and well equipped.
Great view from the balcony.
Although is very central, the apartment is in a quiet area.
Only a 10 or 15 minutes walk to some attractions.
Would recommend to a solo traveller or a couple that wants to see most of Porto by foot.

O apartamento aparenta ser maior e muito mais novo nas fotografias. A nivel do mobiliario, claramente ja nao é novo e apresenta tambem alguma humidade.
Para alem disso a limpeza nao era de todo a melhor, o chao nao parecia muito limpo, a manta em cima da cama tinha manchas e os lencois tinham sujidade.
