Fabulous studio with a big terrace in one of the trendiest neighborhoods of Porto's historical city center.

The apartment was inaugurated in August 2019 and is located in a very good central location close to many historical and cultural attractions.
It has all the amenities and comfort you would expect.
The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a large and comfortable coach, a 160x200 bed, a complete bathroom with a shower to serve this bedroom and an amazing terrace with outdoor furniture.

After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email.

A step away from Aliados avenue and Trindade metro station! This part of downtown offers a wide range of services, whether in restaurants, grocery stores, shops and bars.
From Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport we recommend our Private Transfer Service to get to the city center.
PRIVATE TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will pick you up at the airport. Meeting point is Restaurant "Cervejaria Portuguesa". €30 up to 4 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.
METRO - 30 Minutes
From Porto Airport - Francisco Sá Carneiro - take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get off at Trindade Metro Station.
Once you get off at the metro, it's a 4min walk.
TRAIN - CAMPANHÃ RAILWAY STATION.
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) just get any metro line to Trindade. Then just take a walk of 5 minutes.
Check-ins after 8pm have a surcharge of €20.
NOTE 1: from November to March we remove the cushions from the terrace.
NOTE 2: Please note that construction work is going on nearby and you may be affected by noise.

The location for steps to nightlife and eating is grand. The local contruction is not a plus. We appreciated the laundry pods and coffee pods. The little courtyard was lovely and provided natural light and privacy. One of the umbrellas was badly damaged and should be removed. We were greeted by a friendly agent. Only reason i did not give 5 out of 5 for everything was the surprising add on fees AFTER booking. VRBO should require the host to include all fees through through VRBO app.

This property is exactly as it states minus the pool, there isn't one so please take it out it isn't necessary. You are on a quiet street but don't be fooled by the first glance appearance. The neighborhood is local, friendly with tons of restaurants close by.
Everything within walking distance.
The check in was by lockbox. There are no instructions on operation of anything in the apartment including the internet. We suggest you put instructions in writing for incoming guests. So simple yet so vital since you are not reachable after 5 and before 9.
That being said we did enjoy the location and our stay here. Thank you
