This three-story home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms.
Main Level: Master Bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite shower. A second bedroom with a Queen bed. There is an additional full bathroom with a shower on this floor.
Upper Level: A loft-style third bedroom with a Queen bed and a sofa bed that opens to a full bed, perfect for kids.
Lower Level: A fourth bedroom with one Queen bed, and a fifth bedroom with one Full bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower on this level.
We also provide two bed bumpers to help keep young children safe in bed.

TOWN OF BURNSVILLE (2 miles from the house): Charming little town with a few restaurants, little town center with stores, playgrounds. Recommend Appalachian Java for breakfast (fresh squeezed orange juice with ice is the best!) and Hog Hollow Wood-Fired Pizza OR Live Oak Gastrobub for lunch or dinner. If you'd like upscale dining then newly renovated NuWray Restaurant is amazing!
Off of nearby Highway 19 E there is an Ingles Market for your grocery shopping (equipped with a Starbucks), ABC Liquor, gas stations, fast food chains, a walk-in clinic for emergency medical needs.
ASHEVILLE (36 miles): Vibrant and eclectic mountain town nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Known for its stunning natural beauty, rich arts and culture scene, and friendly community, it is a popular destination for both visitors all across the US.

Air Conditioning: The home has central A/C on the main floor and in the basement. The upstairs loft bedroom has a ceiling fan and a separate wall-mounted A/C unit for comfort.
Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter pack of toiletries, toilet paper, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.
Grill: The grill is charcoal-based. Please bring your own charcoal.
Mountain Wildlife: This is a mountain home, and you may encounter insects. Ladybug seasons are common, and it is not unusual to see them inside and outside the home.
Security: For your safety, this property features 4 exterior security cameras. These cameras point away from the house and do not look into any interior spaces or private guest areas.
