About this villa rental
Set in the prestigious Mountain Air Country Club, this property offers luxury accommodations in a breath taking mountain top location.
We can accommodate groups from 4-14 or up to 16 and will work on discounts !!! For each individual group price is set for groups of 8-10 average Goup
We are not Members on Mountain Air County Club
Since 2021 all guests can order food from local restaurant and mini market
Three story castle like home. Custom build and crafted with local and imported materials from 3 continents.
The house offers 7000 sf heated space and 2500 sf of stone paved decks. There are 6 large bedrooms. Two full size kitchens, wood burning fireplace in lower living room. Also 4 gas vented fireplaces and a deck fire pit.
Bring your family for a vacation or your team for a working retreat. Fly in and out on your own aircraft or take a scenic drive, explore the hiking trails, take in the fresh air and beauty of the mountains.
Excellent for executive retreats, workshops, seminaries, small parties or just families.
Can accommodate 2-cars in garage and 3-4 cars on driveway No parking on the road

We spent a week here with family and cousins ranging 5-15 years old. We had so much room for each family, and so many things to explore at this property. We’ve traveled to Burnsville before but usually end up driving at least an hour for a hike with a view or an activity for the kids but this community has so much to explore, we barely scratched the surface. The kids LOVED the tree house at the park, and we loved the views up there.
The house was gorgeous construction. High ceilings on all floors, huge rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The balconies were fantastic at night to see the stars or have a fire. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
There were a couple minor things, like the dishwasher not doing a great job, the no curtains in the bathrooms or bedrooms (the full moon woke me up a few times because of how bright it was!) But overall, a great house in an amazing community for a lot of families to enjoy.

My entire group had a lovely time at Liviu’s property. The house was so spacious and was great for a large group. I would absolutely recommend staying here again and would come back if I ever have the chance.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Liviu’s house! The house is amazing….so much thought and detail went into the construction of this mansion!! We came from NY, CT, MA, MO and NC to attend our youngest daughters wedding. Liviu was very responsive to any questions, and allowed us to check in early/check out late. The thoughtful gifts left for us added a very nice touch! We would love to stay here again!!

Great location and atmosphere. Place has gotten a lot of use and some maintenance and repairs are needed.
