It’s ideal for day trips to Oak Ridge, the Smokies, or downtown Knoxville, which is only a few miles away. We loved our stay here! The Yarnell Place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. We’d definitely stay again!

Spacious house, tight parking in front lawn area, feather pillows smelled like mold (we have allergies to feather), insufficient bathroom supplies specifically 1 thin towel 1 washcloth per person; no extra TP had to take a roll from another bathroom, kitchen had a coffee maker but 2 tablespoons of coffee in the can on the counter. Otherwise, acceptable.

We stayed at this property while we were in town for a convention. It was perfectly located between the two locations we had to go to. The check in process was a breeze. Very clean and well taken care of. The Kitchen was amazing with plenty of space. If you are looking for a place to stay that is easy to find and not far from Knoxville this is your place. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.
