The Space:
The ease of the beautiful open floor plan will allow you to spend time and connect with your guests from almost anywhere in the home whether it be the kitchen or cozy living room. Our gorgeous accessible kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware. Staying in and preparing meals onsite will be a breeze! The beautifully decorated master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom complete with anchored accessibility rails and full size bathtub also with rails if needed. Our luxurious king size bed offers heavenly soft sheets and a lovely plush comforter truly fit for a king. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with the same decadent linens as our king suite. Relax and indulge yourself in comfort!
Should you require extra accommodations, our living room is complete with a sofa sleeper for your convenience. BOOK NOW!

Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.
Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

The apartment was very nice. Kind of a questionable area. Three police cars were in the near vicinity when we arrived. Very quiet through the night with no issues

Wonderful property with close access to fairgrounds, airport and downtown. Very spacious and two bathrooms was wonderful. Parking behind building for 1 car. Ample parking on street while we were there. It was quiet. The living room air conditioner kept the whole apartment cool while we were there in July
