Chris was very helpful and responsive. The unit was able to satisfy all of our needs for our ski trip.

Kitchen was very nice. Stairs were a bit long and hazardous for the kids. It may be good to provide a child gate at the top of the stairs. A few more hooks to hang towels and clothes on in some of the smaller bathrooms would be nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful part of Ontario.

The house was really clean, we only had issues with a lot of spiders in the property inside and outside.The location was amazing. I would recommend changing some of the kitchenware since it was really old and badly treated.

The kitchen and dining area are fine and very well appointed. Well equipped and easy to work in. The small and rustic bedrooms and the bathrooms were clean.
This accommodation is housed in a large building with other units, it is not a romantic chalet and there is no private outdoor space other than the deck.
The hot hub was filthy and unusable and the private beach was inaccessible..
