Welcome to our beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit on the 17th floor with unmatched Gulf views and a huge corner balcony. This is our personal vacation home, thoughtfully furnished for comfort, relaxation, and style.
Enjoy a fully tiled interior, cool and clean year-round, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a large fridge/freezer. The living room includes a 62” TV with Roku, cable, and Blu-ray, plus handmade mosaic and leather furniture for a cozy, upscale vibe.
Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom: King bed, 55" streaming TV, balcony access, en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom: Queen bed, rollaway bed, 32" wall-mounted TV, and its own full bath
Resort-style amenities at Tropic Winds:
Indoor/outdoor oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym with ocean views
Two assigned parking spots: one under the building, one in underground garage across the street
Full-size washer and separate dryer in-unit
Japandi-style balcony furniture for ultimate comfort
Located close to Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier dining, shopping, and entertainment hub. Just 15 minutes from the airport, with shuttle and public transport options nearby—though we recommend a car for convenience.

Minimum rental age: 25+ only (HOA rule, strictly enforced)
Parking pass:one parking comes with rental, second parking is $45 per car, per stay
Perfect for couples, families, or friends—sleeps up to 5 guests in total comfort.

The weather was perfect and the ocean was beautiful.

Wonderful condo in a great location. Close to everything, very clean, spacious, exactly as described. Great communication by the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
