Beautifully designed one bedroom condo in this charming over 55 condominium complex: modern appliances, quiet Bosch dishwasher, shed with small combo washer/dryer and easy access to coin-operated in complex, 50-inch new Roku TV in LR, 2nd TV in bedroom, high speed internet, linen sheets, plush towels, fully equipped kitchen all new dishes, pots/pans, glassware, cocktail items, Ninja blender, full spice rack, and everything a baker could want. Stocked with many games for rare, rainy days. Well-behaved dogs (up to two) are welcome with additional cleaning fee, and they get to use their own plush dog blanket for couch or sleeping. Full size bed in master bedroom, rollaway twin bed for one additional guest. Bistro table and umbrella for outdoor dining for two, barbecue grill. Not a Green Valley Recreation property, the condo is very near a brand new Planet Fitness (known for great equipment and programming at optimal prices), and has easy access to pool, trails, shops, restaurants. Guests can sign up for classes at GVR, or at OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute), all right here in Green Valley. It's just a short trip to Tubac's art community and recreation in Madera Canyon. Enjoy many local golf courses. Dog parks for the four-leggeds. Minimum of 30 days stay. Comprehensive Welcome Packet in condo. A Sprouts Supermarket gift card will greet new guests on arrival. Come and enjoy all that serene Green Valley and beautiful Tubac have to offer, plus the attractions of Tucson only 25 minutes north--museums, recreation, shopping, award-winning restaurants, symphony and theater. Previously available only to friends and family, the property owner has decided to extend to VRBO travelers. She is responsive, and on site in complex. I had a fantastic two-month stay. The condo was spotless and perfectly updated. You will find everything you need. The host was very kind, helpful, and communicated excellently. I highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at Ruth’s villa for the month of March. The condo is very cute and super clean. The kitchen and bathroom are completely updated and I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked both were with basic supplies that I thought I would have to go out and buy. The neighborhood is very quiet. Even so the villa is set back from the road and overlooks a nice grassy area. I called Ruth a few times with questions and she responded immediately each time.

The owner thought of everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything you could think of. There were also extra supplies (lightbulbs, cleaning supplies, etc) just in case you would need them. The property has beautiful landscaping- very pleasant to sit outside on the porch. We used a couple of the pools on the property. Very pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Whippet House (located in the Villas West section of Green Valley) for the month of March 2024. The one bedroom unit was perfect for me, my wife and our little dog. We were pleasantly surprised by the immaculate condition of the place when we checked in. The one bedroom unit has been upgraded throughout, with easy close cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything that we needed and the patio gas grill was also a very nice addition for our meals.
The bedroom has plenty of storage with two closets and double dresser units. The only shortfall was that the bed was a bit small (double). I really think a queen bed would finish off the bedroom nicely and make the space more comfortable. We had one minor issue during our stay, but Ruth (owner) was very quick to enlist a professional and resolve the problem.
The unit is located in an aesthetically mature area and a very quiet neighbourhood. A beautiful little park is located right in front of the house and it is only a short walk to one of the four pools in the subdivision. We enjoyed the walking trails around the subdivision, as well as a good variety of bird species.
