About this apartment rental
Step in to one of St John`s, Newest luxury condos. Located in the heart of St John. Minutes from the night life, world class restaurants , and the beaches of Cruz Bay you will find yourself at the center of all that Cruz Bay has to offer. Once inside you will be greeted by the luxury that is Dolphin Suites, ranging from the spacious queen Temperpedic bed, rain fall shower to the high end kitchen. Dedicated parking for your stay! 3 minute walk to the heart of Cruz Bay!
1. White Furniture – Please be mindful when using the white furniture, especially after visiting the beach or walking around town, as sand and dirt can easily be tracked inside. We also ask that children be supervised while using the furniture.
2. Parking – Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If no spaces are available upon arrival, one may open up shortly. We appreciate your patience.
3. Stair Access – The units are accessed by approximately 2½ flights of stairs. While we hope to add an elevator in the future, there is currently no elevator access. and the property is not handicap accessible.
4. Power Outages – The building is not equipped with a backup generator. In the event of a power outage, service will be restored once utility power returns.
5. Beach Chairs – Beach chairs are not provided, so we recommend planning accordingly if you intend to spend time at the beach.

Everything was excellent. We had some questions when we first arrived and the host was extremely helpful.
Note: Just a FYI, you must climb 2 1/2 flights of stairs to get to the apt. We are in our 70’s and that was difficult with large luggage. We also had to walk about 2 to 3 blocks with luggage up a slight hill to get to the property.

We had an amazing time staying here! So close to the ferry, several restaurants, shopping, the national park visitor center, and a grocery store just steps away. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect for a first time visitor, as we could walk to multiple restaurants and shops. We did rent a car from the people who own the rooms. That was super easy, they even hand delivered the keys to our room. Drop off and pick up was in the parking area for the rooms. The only beach in walking distance from the room is Honeymoon Beach, and I highly recommend checking it out. You will need a car, or depend on taxi to get to most of the other beaches. Room was clean, well organized, and had everything you would need. The full size washer and dryer was awesome, and it kept us from having to pack a lot. It was a wonderful place to stay, a excellent location, and everything about the booking was simple and easy. This is not a knock, just a heads up, the view of the bay is pretty wonderful, but that does mean you need to be prepared for two flights of stairs as this is on the 3rd floor. It was not a issue for us, or any of our neighbors, but if you are mobility challenged, it could be a big deal.
