About this house rental
Step in to one of St John`s, Newest luxury condos. Located in the heart of St John. Minutes from the night life, world class restaurants , and the beaches of Cruz Bay you will find yourself at the center of all that Cruz Bay has to offer. Inside you will be greeted by the luxury that is Dolphin Suites, ranging from the spacious queeu Temperpedic bed, high end kitchen, & rain fall shower. Let our team take the stress out of planning! 1. White Furniture – Please be mindful when using the white furniture, especially after visiting the beach or walking around town, as sand and dirt can easily be tracked inside. We also ask that children be supervised while using the furniture.
2. Parking – Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If no spaces are available upon arrival, one may open up shortly. We appreciate your patience.
3. Stair Access – The units are accessed by approximately 2½ flights of stairs. While we hope to add an elevator in the future, there is currently no elevator access. and the property is not handicap accessible.
4. Power Outages – The building is not equipped with a backup generator. In the event of a power outage, service will be restored once utility power returns.
5. Beach Chairs – Beach chairs are not provided, so we recommend planning accordingly if you intend to spend time at the beach.

We enjoyed our time at this home. The three flights of stairs are only an issue when transporting luggage. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The bed is a memory foam, which my husband reacts to negatively, so he had to sleep on the couch. Beware if you have that problem as well. Overall, we would recommend staying here. We enjoyed it and St John very much.

The property was clean and everything was updated! Looked bigger on the pictures, and a little pricey for its size, but overall a great stay!

Brought my work wife actually, beautiful place to stay, so convenient with location to ferry and Cruz Bay restaurants. The Dolphin grocery store being there is so convenient. Were well laid out and great use of space. Definitely would stay again.
