About this villa rental
Spanish villa idyllically situated on a mountainside, with ocean views and a pool.
The 1,700 m² property is located in the quiet neighborhood of Els Jardins/Cunit between Barcelona and Tarragona (near Sitges, Calafell, Coma Ruga, and Villanova).
The beach is just an 8-minute drive away, and the region boasts 20 km of contiguous sandy beaches. You’ll enjoy a stunning ocean view from the balcony or one of the bedrooms, among other spots.
With 5 bedrooms and space for up to 8–10 people across approximately 220 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room even for a large family. The house is spread over two floors and features a terrace with a grill and a large pool area. The two driveways can accommodate approximately 3 vehicles.
The rooms are laid out as follows:
Ground Floor:
- 1st master bedroom with ocean view, queen-size bed
- 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed
- Bathroom with tub and shower
- Toilet with bidet
Upper Floor:
- Living/dining room
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with tub, toilet, and bidet
- 3rd bedroom with double bed
- 4th bedroom with bunk beds
- 5th bedroom with double bed
- 2 balconies
All bedrooms and the living/dining room are equipped with ceiling fans.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (capsules), dishwasher, electric oven and gas stove, ice maker, waffle iron/sandwich maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as pots and pans in various sizes and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
There is a living/dining room with a dining table, smart TV, and couch.
Internet access is provided via a fiber-optic line with a bandwidth of up to 300 Mbit/s.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and has two lockable entrances; the pool measures approximately 11 x 4 meters.
All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. One fire extinguisher is available per floor.
The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as sunshades. Additionally, a large gas grill with 3 burners and a separate cooking burner is available.
The garden features lemon trees, as well as fig and olive trees.
A caretaker will welcome you on site and is available by phone during your stay to answer any questions.
