This place is fantastic, Charlie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was satisfactory. This place includes a lot in your stay such as towels soap/shampoo and even cotton swabs. This place is a great location and will 100% recommend for anyone staying in the area. We will definitely book again at this place and so should you if you want privacy and a great stay with a fantastic host. Thank You Charlie for the warm welcome.

The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.

We enjoyed our stay. The place had all we needed. It was super close to Mountain Creek - Our last adventure for our daughters who had raced together for 6 years amd are now off to college!!! All communications were clear and Charlie responded quickly with any questions.
