Prestigious area of Cape Coral. 5 minute walk to children's playground, tennis, racquetball, Boathouse restaurant bar and grill, Don't let the title 'Yacht club' fool you. It is only an area of Cape Coral and all of its facilities are open to the public, there isn't any fees for using the facility's, no membership needed. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a sunny family vacation, or just some peace and serenity, you will find all of that here. House is on a short cul-de-sac street very quiet. This little piece of heaven will have you wanting to return year after year.
Cape Coral is the 'Venice of America', named for its 400 hundred miles of navigable waterways (largest in the world). Our home is right on one of these canals. With direct access and no bridges, it leads out to the Caloosahatchee River that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. You are only a short boatride away from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Pine Island, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa and Ft. Myers Beach. Plenty of restaurants and even shopping by water or by car. Our new boat dock has 40 feet of tie up space for a boat if you chose to rent one (lots of places to rent boats near the house). Our house is located 3 minutes from the open water (Caloosahatchee River, this leads to San Carlos bay Gulf of Mexico). The boat lift & boat are NOT for guest use.
Enjoy meals from your fully screened lanai. There are so many wonderful restaurants just minutes away. Then return to relax in the huge fresh water 15 x 30 pool. The inside of the home is decorated beautifully, New: Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, appliances, pots, pans, dishes etc etc.
Enjoy the Comfort!: Our home has 4 big bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms . Big pool, 30 x 15, Pool deck bathroom (access without going into the house). 4 luxury showers inside all have travertine stone floors, with frame-less shower doors, Large decorative tub in the master bath, with 2 expansive vanities with granite counter tops and 2 sinks. There is everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
GOURMET KITCHEN with large island, Bar sink. Seating for 12, Includes an abundance of essential items: coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, ice maker, blender, dinnerware, wine glasses. walk in pantry.

This property fit our family of 12 needs perfectly with large, spacious rooms, a large swimming pool which was used constantly. The older kids fished off the dock a lot and caught a variety of fish from catfish to a stingray. There were also many seahorses hanging around the vegetation which they caught with wire nets. The kitchen was spacious with a large pantry and plenty of seating. The living room was also spacious.We will definitely stay at this house when we return to Ft. Myers.

It was great! The only recommendations is to have a sound bar in the downstairs tv and have some things on the walls to reduce sound.

My family and I had a great time and due to winter storm in Baltimore we had to extend our stay 3 days and the host was able to help with this, i would recommend this property for any big family vacation.
