A vacation home nestled within 10 hectares of Mediterranean scrub, where tranquility, privacy, and spacious outdoor areas will allow you to take long walks among the olive trees and eucalyptus. Here you’ll fully enjoy the scents and colors that create a magical atmosphere, especially at sunset. Just a 10-minute drive away are the stunning crystal-clear waters and white-sand beaches of southern Sardinia.
The property features two houses, built about 200 meters apart and separated by an olive grove and Mediterranean scrub.
The eco-sustainable Casa Suestellas. A solar power system on the property provides the necessary energy. During its most recent renovation, thermal and acoustic insulation was installed, and the windows were replaced with triple-pane units to enhance comfort and reduce energy consumption.

We had a very nice week together with our two sons (10 and 12 years old) in the house Suestellas. The house is really beautiful, equipped with everything you need, and located in a wonderful huge property.
Suestellas was a good starting point for all our activities like hiking and snorkeling in the south. And we love the wine and cheese from Santadi. Beside others thanks a lot to Antonello, the very kind and helpful host, for this hint.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come again.

We stayed just a couple of nights at off season and it was great , the house is well equipped and Antonello is a great host; Due to the fact that we where looking for houses in the area and had appointsments, we could stay until late afternoon for check up , since he had no guets that day; Very generous host; I highly recommend it
