About this villa rental
Enjoy the relaxation and tranquility of Villa Giovanna. A splendid 130-meter house on two levels will welcome you and amaze you with all the comforts it contains. The splendid terrace designed to make the most of open spaces (from breakfast to dinner) is ready to welcome you. The beautiful Jacuzzi will rejuvenate you with its hot water jets. The whole building is air-conditioned to spend fresh summers and have fun. In the evening you can try the sauna and the nightly charm of the terrace.
As soon as you arrive at Villa Giovanna you will find a large fenced car park for your cars. From here on you will begin to enjoy your vacation.
Entering the house there is a large living room with two spacious, comfortable sofas and a large TV in front. All together a nice dining table for convivial dinners.
The functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a food processor and all the small appliances for those who love to cook. Adjacent to the living room there is a master bedroom with TV and its private bathroom (with bathtub). Going upstairs you will find a large loft with a sofa bed, next to the sauna and a small corner to prepare tasty snacks and aperitifs to share on the terrace.
Adjacent there is the second bedroom and the second bathroom complete with.
On the terrace there is a beautiful Jacuzzi with chromotherapy, deckchairs for sunbathing, a small lounge where you can relax while reading a good book. The spacious table will make you enjoy a good glass of wine while enjoying the view. The beautiful motorized tent will allow you to choose whether to sunbathe or cool off in the shade. In the evening his LED light system will create a magical atmosphere.
