Great place for a family holiday

The pools were fabulous with a deep pool, baby pool, a pool about 1m high and a seated whirlpool. All pools were together with plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs and plenty of grassy areas for families to sit together, and appreciated a lifeguard by the pools at all times. The pools also didn't close in the afternoon like some other places do. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with air conditioning in each room. The car park is in the basement, cool and securely locked. Grateful of the washing machine next to the car park, onsite. Park areas for young children. Clean toilets in reception next to the pool and park areas. Good cooking facilities in the apartment and we had a good powerful shower. The staff onsite were friendly and helpful. The location was a 15 minute walk into town which has lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. We stayed for a week's holiday with our teenage daughter and elderly parents. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

As we were on the ground floor, our terrace area was next to the garden area and there were quite a few ants on the terrace and coming into the bathroom area, but only a few inside the bathroom. Not enough inside to be irritating.

Perfect family stay near beach and pool

We stayed here as a family of four and really enjoyed our time. The apartment has two bedrooms, comfortable beds, a nice shower and a kitchen with basic essentials. Bed linen can be rented for 15 per person and laundry facilities are available at the main building for a small fee. The pool is spacious and very pleasant, and the beautiful beach with a lovely boulevard is only a 15-minute walk away. The staff are kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Absolutely recommended if you are travelling with children.

Overall, a beautiful outdoor space but very poor accommodation conditions.

The only things we truly enjoyed during our stay were the outdoor area and the swimming pool - both were well-maintained and pleasant to spend time in.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing. It was old and not properly cleaned - we arrived to find dirty floors, dust on furniture and surfaces, and mold in the shower. The mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Despite staying for a week, only one toilet paper roll was provided, and there was no soap or dishwashing liquid at all. We also had to pay extra for towels and bed linen, which arrived smelling strongly of vinegar.

Arrogant staff. When I asked about how property handles my personal information (for example ID number, date of birth, etc.), in line with new GDPR regulation, I received very hostile treatment.

La stanza era pulita e carina. Spazi ben organizzati.

Lenzuola e asciugamani a pagamento, considerato quello che già si paga è abbastanza assurdo!!!! Inoltre non c’è un kit di benvenuto con sapone, né un sacchetto per l’immondizia, giusto per le prime esigenze appena si arriva, né un phon. In tutti i residence in cui sono stata queste erano dotazioni GRATUITE basilari. Qui è tutto a pagamento!

Het zwembad is heerlijk. De afstand van het appartement naar de boulevard is goed te lopen (15 min).

De inrichting is gedateerd. De bedden zijn matig en de kitchenette is ook matig uitgerust (geen vaatwasser, geen waterkoker)

Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouwen. De rustige ligging, afstand tot centrum. Goed bed en goede douche. Parkeren in garage onder complex (Koel) Zwembad.

Wifi zou wat beter.mogen! Geen koffiezetapparaat.

Super séjour

Nous avons beaucoup aimer la piscine et le parc de jeu pour enfants, ainsi que la terrasse. Également la petite distance entre la plage et le centre ville.

La literie était moyenne et il aurait fallu des rideaux occultants.

Schade das ausser dem Pool nichts geboten wird insbesondere ein abentliches Getränk innerhalb

Die Badeaufsicht hat uns aufgrund geschlossener Rezeption schon mal Liegen am Pool organisiert. Besteck, teller etc ,genügend, Pool sehr sauber und schön. Ruhig.

Poolbar relativ früh geschlossen 19 uhr, Ausgeprägte mittagspause , nix mit Cappucino, Handtücher und Duschtücher für 1 Woche je 1x pro Person und Bettwäsche gegen Gebühr 20.-€ Mann fährt 6bis 7 Stunden und muß dann das Bett beziehen! Eingangstüren schlagen mit voller Wucht zu! Unerträgliches Quaken der Frösche die ganze Nacht.
