Everything was wonderful! We stayed here last year and felt so glad we chose to stay again this year. Appreciated the updates - especially the comfy rocker/recliner! Our host was attentive in communication to make sure everything was all good. My family loves this house and this neighborhood! Our thanks to our host for sharing her beautiful home via VRBO.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely home for our sibling reunion. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The house itself was beautiful and full of character — even better than we expected. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for everything we wanted to do, and we loved being able to stroll to nearby restaurants and the grocery store. Having plenty of parking made things even easier. We’ll definitely be booking here again!

The existing reviews capture a lot of the positive things about this rental --- it was a good location, safe neighborhood, and plenty of parking. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable.
One of the criteria we looked for our 7-day visit to Seattle in July was air conditioning because we know there can be heat waves during the summer months. The amenities for this house listed 'Air Conditioning,' but when we arrived at 11PM, it was 87 degrees inside the house!! We were up another 2 hours trying to cool down the upstairs bedrooms using the 2 window units and running every available fan downstairs to try to bring in the cooler night air. Not a good first night.
Over the next few days, we learned to air out the house in the early morning with cooler air and close all of the blinds when we went out for the day. The other thing that helped was we taped paper grocery bags and hung bed sheets to cover all the windows that didn't have shades.
The listing should not list 'Air Conditioning' under the amenities!!!
