This three-bedroom private beach house offers ocean views, a pool, spa, fenced in back yard, patio and pets are welcome!!
Upon entering the property guests are greeted with an open floor plan that can serve as a workspace (computer monitor provided) or flex space for friends and family to gather. This room is equipped two sofas (one is a pull-out sofa Queen bed) and flat-screen TV. Down the hall are two guest rooms along with a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The first room has a Queen bed and closet and the second room has a Twin daybed with trundle, closet, and direct access pool, spa and fenced-in back yard.
The upstairs is framed by a vaulted ceiling and two sets of doors that open to the ocean. The ocean views are visible from the main living area, dining, and kitchen. Here guests can access the oversized patio. Outdoor seating a dining table, bistro dining and a sectional sofa, love seat and chair.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Centered by an island with seating for four.
The primary bedroom has a King bed with a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony that overlooks the backyard oasis.
Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)
A washer/dryer is provided as well.
After spending the day at the beach (located directly across the street) guests can rinse off at the outdoor shower, jump in the pool, relax in the spa or explore our Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach just four miles away.

I'm not sure what to say except that we rent VRBO's fairly often. This house is probably one of the better VRBOs that our family has stayed at. The location, beautiful inside, and pet friendly accommodations made our stay here very enjoyable.

The house was wonderful. Well stocked with everything you would need and then some. There even were beverage glasses waiting in the freezer.

We had a great time staying at High Tide for the week! The property was very clean and comfy. The beach access is right across the street and it is not a hard walk to do even with the stuff 5 people require for the day. The spool was also a great amenity to have for the kids and adults. The property manager was easy and quick to communicate with the entire week. They left a great welcome package with a few snacks and all the initial essentials we would need. The only thing I would recommend is a few more wash clothes. There was only 5 and us as a family of 5 we had to wash them multiple times. But other than that I would recommend this property to anyone!
