About this apartment rental
Our apartments are located in a beautifully restored Tyrolean house from the 17th century. The individually and lovingly decorated apartments combine traditional flair of past centuries with modern comforts. Natural high-quality materials and modern technology combined with the historical flair of our house makes our house to your ideal holiday home.
In winter the Stubai Valley is one of the top ski resorts in the Alps. Four ski areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Elfer, Serles) around our vacation apartment offer ideal conditions for winter sports. All areas are easily accessible in a few minutes by car or the free ski bus. Station 1 min. from the house!
In summer you will find the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and cycling. Start directly from the front door to leisure hikes or demanding climbs. You don't need your car for your activities - you can leave it safe on your private parking in front of the house.
The house consists of three independent apartments with separate entrances.
The apartments can be rented separately or together.

THE APARTMENT: BERGBLICK by Apartments Pircher-Maes
Our generously appointed “Bergblick” apartment with its unmistakeable Tyrolean style conveys the unique atmosphere and tradition of our historic house. It offers 52 m2 of comfortable accommodation for 2-5 people.
Modern, fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic stove top (4 plate), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave
Spacious living area with comfortable dining nook for 6, corner sofa and flatscreen TV
Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, one with flatscreen TV
Large bathroom with shower and toilet
Free wireless internet
Heated entrance room with plenty of storage space for coats, skis and snowboards
2 flatscreen TVs, satellite reception
Sunny garden with terrace
On request, a Tyrolean bakery can deliver you every day breakfast rolls,
a shop (small bargain store) is found around the corner. Two restaurants are located about two minutes by foot away from the house.
There is a free parking space available as well as a sunny garden with lawn chairs and a patio to relax, enjoy the sun and eat.
Two mountain bikes and two sledges belong to the house - you can use them at anytime for free.

We had a wonderful stay in Telfes. The apartment was recently renovated with high end finishing. The unit was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Carole was great to deal with. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

We spent a fantastic week in the Alpenlodge apartment in August 2016. The apartment is well equipped and a pleasant space, and has a lovely garden in which you can eat, kids can play, or you can just sunbathe. The property is close to Telfes tram station, giving access to Innsbruck and to Fulpmes further up the valley. The Schlick 2000 lift is within walking distance (though not so close) and there are good bus links. So there is no need for a car. The owner - Carol - is very helpful when required, but is not over-present. Alpenlodge felt like our own holiday home - and we want to go back!

What a lovely spot. Can't find enough good adjectives in my vocabulary to describe it. Stayed here for a month while taking beginner level German courses in Innsbruck. Convenient location to WIFI...and just outside of the hustle and bustle of Innsbruck. Telfes is a lovely little town with character and a quiet, calming spirit. Carole, the owner, is an amazing host - she was warm and welcoming, and even took me up to Pfarrachalm for a hike as well as the Schlicker Alm for a mountain bike tour. The 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, well-equipped, well-designed and has free, fast wifi and free parking. Stay here for a romantic, friend, family or solo getaway! Definitely recommend.

We stayed in this 2 bedroom apartment for 5 weeks using it as our base of operations. The house has been in the same family for 400 years as exudes charm.The local grocer is about 5 minutes on foot and the tram to Innsbruck or Fulpmes is about 7 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well appointed.
The last 2 weeks my 3 children and their children came so we occupied all 3 apartments. Carole and her family were such a great help- from taking us to Fulpmes to get some medicine for the baby and also to a restaurant for dinner. There is a wonderful fish restaurant that you can walk to through the fields on a path by the river. The walk there was beautiful- thru the woods and along a stream. I felt like a real native!. Carole's 2 daughters babysat several nights for us so we could all go to dinner. The entire family was very helpful to us.
We loved being there .
