The parking rate for 1-3 days is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30), a total rate of $40.00. The parking rate for 3 or more days is $45.88 plus tax ($4.12), a total rate of $50.00.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The space is easily accessible and beautiful condos. The amenities onsite are nice and the pool is fun. Easily accessible to local shopping, the seawall, and plenty of restaurants!
The condo had some issues that were not properly addressed while we weee staying there and it smelled very musty.
