The parking rate for 1-3 days is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30), a total rate of $40.00. The parking rate for 3 or more days is $45.88 plus tax ($4.12), a total rate of $50.00.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location with the beach right across the street and great complex with one heated pool (one not heated) and a hot tub. The room was nice but i saw 2 bugs in the 2nd bathroom and that show dripped terribly outside of the tub. We couldnt figure out how to stop it. The worst part was how loud the street traffic was. The master bedroom is rigjt on that wall and nearly impossible to sleep with the noise. We got earplugs for our last night and that was helpful.

The space is easily accessible and beautiful condos. The amenities onsite are nice and the pool is fun. Easily accessible to local shopping, the seawall, and plenty of restaurants!
The condo had some issues that were not properly addressed while we weee staying there and it smelled very musty.
