This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1230 sq ft, with beachfront view house has expanded sleeping options for a maximum of 14 guests:

The Master bedroom has king size bed and a twin over full bunk bed (with extra pull-out twin mattress) (sleep 6).
2nd bedroom has king size bed (sleep 2).
3rd bedroom has queen size bed (sleep 2).
The living room has 2 queen sofa beds (sleep 4).

Enjoy the great beach views and the warm breeze of the Gulf of Mexico from the large deck.

Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, 70" smart 4k TV in the family room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, and high-speed internet connections.

Updated with granite countertops, bamboo flooring, as well as access to the deck from the living room and master bedroom. Has a Foosball table and two cornhole boards.

Located on the west end of Galveston Island in the sought-after community of Sea Isle.

Once here there is no need to maneuver across busy roads to access the beach.
You can easily take a 50-yard stroll to the beach for fishing and fun or enjoy the Sea Isle community pool, tennis court, and marina.

Take the kayaks for a spin on the bay or beach.

Boat owners and fishing fanatics - bring your fishing gear.

Enjoy access to the Sea Isle community swimming pool just across the main road on the bayside. Homeowner association office sells $100 pass and will cover up to 10 guests for a week.

The public boat ramp is also available on bayside less than 1 mile away. Along with a marina, bait/fuel and supply store, playground, tennis courts, swimming pool, 2 restaurants (fine dining and casual), and bar. Sea Isle is a short drive into historic Galveston with its wide variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

With prior approval, a max of 2 small dogs is welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee.

The responsible party should be at least 25 years of age to book and must occupy the property at all times.

** Sea Isle Boat ramp key and Fishing pier card key may be requested from the owner.** If guests lost these keys, they will be charged $200. Guest will pay a deposit of $150 (refundable $130) for the fishing pier and ramp keys.

WIFI: High-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Water Toys: Two ten ft Kayaks may be used by the guest (2 life vests, 2 paddles are available for guests to use). They need to be returned in their racks and 3rd bedroom closet (for paddles) before guests depart.
