No major issues or complaints, dryer took 4 cycles to dry a load of laundry, and in garage when we were loading up the car to leave we noticed it looked as though someone had gotten a haircut in the garage and left their clippings.

STAYED FOUR NIGHT FOR NAILE. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

House was very clean and in a good neighborhood. The stay lacked many things to be comfortable for a vacation rental/home away from home. Soap in downstairs bathroom was like water, we had to buy hand soap for this room. All fry pans were scratched, dish drain was rusted (alot), only 3 pods of coffee (1 snickers flavored and 2 were vanilla iced coffee), Missing baggies and saran wrap, no special tv channels (Netflix 17mo equates to only .57c per day!). For the amount of money charged for this house there was nothing special provided. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at an Evolve location and were very disappointed.
