The property was clean, the hosts were very responsible and accommodating. The property was walking distance to the Churchill Downs and 10 minutes from the airport. All positives for us.

While the interior of this home was spotless and modern, the outside yard needed maintenance. The neighborhood is less than desirable.

My family and I loved staying here. We stay in the area each year. This home was super comfortable for all of us. Everything was effortless, easy, clean and roomy.

Didn’t care for parking on the street, but was informed about that before the trip. Somewhat dated home with squeaky floors upstairs but the biggest issue for me was when we stripped the bed we were sleeping on at the end of our stay and found a massive “stain” on the mattress. About made me ill. It was the least equipped kitchen in any VRBO we have stayed in. Location, being very near Churchill Downs, the university, airport and sports venue, is the draw for this property.
