About this house rental
Location Location Location! Private pool! This is a private gated community of 4 houses located exactly between Manuel Antonio national park and the town of Quepos. It is 3-4 minutes to either. It is on top of a nice sized hill and there are several ocean views on the property. There is a public bus stop across the street that can bring you to the Manuel Antonio national park and beach cheaply if you don't want to drive, and there are tons of coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance!

We had an exceptional stay at this VRBO property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, but what truly set this experience apart was Jordan’s outstanding hospitality.Jordan coordinated several excursions for our group, handling every detail with professionalism and care. From transportation to timing to local recommendations, he ensured each outing was smooth and memorable. His responsiveness and attention to detail elevated our entire trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent stay! Stunning view, awesome restaurants (personal recommendation for Emilio’s), 2 pools. Quiet at night, lively during the day. Better in person than in photos which rarely happens these days. Host was nice as well as the groundskeeper. Thank you!
