About this house rental
For Groups of 8-31 people. Two houses on 225 acre farm. Price is $225 per night for up to 10 people. then $23 per person per night for each additional person.
NOTE For Semana Santa-Holy Week 2026 Price As Indicated In Calendar.Have UP TO 30 PEOPLE for the indicated price with no extra per person charge. For a large group the price/ person/ night is very low. You must rent all 5 nites
.Privacy-only one group rents at a time. Ideal for family vacations, retreats, student groups and employee outings. Experience nature in a quiet , peaceful setting. Wake up to the sounds of monkeys passing thru the trees. No noise of cars, buses or neighbors.
Two rustic country houses close to each other provide space for up to 31 people. Clean and comfortable.
The main house is 3 bedrooms, 2baths, with living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 10 beds in the main house.
The second house is 2 floors, with a private entrance to each floor. Each floor has a large sleeping area and it's own bathroom. There are 21 beds in the second house.
There is a large pool, terrace , rancho, and outdoor barbecue. Also a volley ball court and soccer field (futbol 5).
There is not air conditioning , but the houses are cooled by ceiling and floor fans throughout, and by the country breezes.

Located 5 kilometers (3 miles ) off the main highway to Quepos. 20 minute ride to Quepos: 25 minute ride to Manuel Antonio National Park. We rent to one group at a time, so total privacy is assured. Ideal for anyone looking to get close to nature in Costa Rica.

I titled it that way because you have to drive through a plantation of African Palms( Palma Real) on both sides of the dirt road, is like 10 to to 15 min drive ( if you really wants to appreciate the beauty, and the night time the drive became hunting, like out of a scary move, is amazing, the houses were clean and comfy the pool is soooo beautiful and clean, And Nick is an amazing host , very helpful and accommodating, the only thing is that even when we had planty of fans and ceiling fans we still felt the heat, but what can I say I’m spoiled I like AC, other than that the experience was amazing. Thank you Nick
