The host was fabulous! The house was perfect. We loved everything about it. The view of Elephant Butte Lake was amazing! We will be coming back here!

This was our second stay here (the first in 2023), and we’d return again. Our main focus was again on winter birding in the area, and while many of our offsite locations were a bit less birdy for us, putting some seed out at this property will reward you with lots of nice species, including the always popular Gambel’s Quail. All in all, a well located property for our purposes, and the host is very responsive to any concerns that might arise during your stay.

Great view of the lake. My only negative is the driveway is not conducive for a truck and boat trailer.
