About this house rental

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Beautiful and spacious home located on the newest side of West El Paso. Only minutes from awesome restaurants, shopping, parks, hike & bike trails with easy access to I-10 & Transmountain | 70" TV in an Open Space Living room | 2-Work Areas with 300-400 Mbs Fast Internet |3 BD 3.5 BA and Large Loaf with 50" TV and Large Sofa bed and Loveseat. Master bedroom in the first floor with King Size bed and Queen Size beds in the remaining two bedrooms in the second floor. Free washer and dryer usage.
Whole house is accessible except for utility room.
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM every day.
No parties or events allow.

Maria, was wonderful. Responsive, helpful and made the booking and stay easy. The house is beautiful and in a great area for getting around El Paso and Las Cruces. I plan to stay there again in the future. One suggestion would be to take photos of the exterior of the home in the listing on VRBO as the home elevation is beautiful and will attract more people if they have a feel for this being a newer and very safe neighborhood. This house is super comfortable and we appreciated fully stocked cabinets and some goodies in the fridge as well! The location is convenient to nearby restaurants and shopping. So glad we were able to stay here. Thank you, Maria, for your wonderful hospitality!
