The Space:
Step into this rare, third-floor studio (elevator accessible) and be greeted by stunning ocean views. The space features a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a separate toilet for added privacy. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy meals at the table next to the kitchenette or on your private patio. A dedicated workspace is provided with a desk. Relax in the large bed area, complete with a chair, a fireplace, and a TV. Step onto your private balcony to experience breathtaking views of the ocean and beaches. Listen to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing below.
**Please be aware that the fireplace in this unit is currently out of service due to maintenance.**
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). In lobby fireplace with round seating, outdoor firepit on the main pool deck, walking paths with overlook benches, walking path to the beach.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, at pool towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages, south bluff & main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Open fires are allowed on the sand-supplies can be purchased at the Village across the street.
The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, North Bluff Pool and Spa, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, fresh linens for each bed and a full set of towels for each guest to include wash cloth, hand towel, bath towel and beach towel. A 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills). Note: there is a laundry room with a complimentary washer and dryer located in the parking garage below the main building should you wish to freshen your linens during your stay.
We provide a well-stocked studio for your stay including a kitchenette complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig coffee maker and pods, creamer & sugars to start your vacation off right.
Pool towels and additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets.
The fitness facility and bike rentals available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area. Access to our room was very easy and the ocean view was really nice. We were able to see two amazing sunsets. Our room was clean and tidy when we arrived. The sliding doors glass was filthy and the screen would not stay on the rails when sliding open and closed. The screen actually off the rails a couple of times during our stay. The gas fireplace would not fire up after turning on the fireplace switch. I messaged the owner and was told that someone would show up to check it out the next day while we were away. When we returned, it appeared that someone had shown up to look at the fireplace. I had left the switch cover up and the sliding door open. The switch cover was in the down position and the sliding door was closed when we returned. The was no note left from whomever showed up, nor did I hear anything back from the property owner. I tried again to start the fireplace place but was unsuccessful. The left bi-fold door upper roller would get hung up in the upper track. You would have to force it pass this point wherever you tried to close the door. Forcing the door closed was quite loud. The main bathroom door squeaked loudly when closing.

The TV remote was broken on arrival. with many visible stains. Key to the hot tubs and pools was promised but not provided. We called the VRBO host left message got no response. The carpet was clean by feel, but deteriorated
