Arboleda’s House features beautiful mountain views, a spacious backyard, and direct access to the river through a private trail located within the property. High-speed WiFi (300 Mbps) is available throughout the house, making it ideal for remote work, studying, or staying connected during your stay.
The house includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a 60” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and private gated parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Outside, guests can enjoy the peaceful gardens and the opportunity to spot a variety of birds, wildlife, and native trees just steps from the house. The BBQ rancho also offers comfortable spaces to relax, unwind, and fully immerse yourself in the surrounding nature, whether you're sharing a meal outdoors or simply enjoying the scenery and peaceful atmosphere.
The Cambronero Solís family lives next door in a separate apartment and will be happy to welcome you and assist you whenever needed during your stay

Tremendous host, great property and a backyard social area that is wonderful.Great location.We traveled as a family of 8 in a big vehicle (Hyundai Staria) and had no issues parking. Would absolutely stay here again

Excellent place! Clean, plenty of room and the backyard was beautiful with steps down to the river. It was perfect for our stay in the rainforest. There is no dryer, you have to hang dry clothes. I had missed that and wasn’t really prepared for no dryer. Host was friendly and answered questions I had about the area. One of the better places we have stayed.

You are booking this place because of the nice backyard and it is a very nice backyard. Otherwise the listing does not live up to expectations. There are ants everywhere. In the bedrooms the ‘closets’ are cheap wire racks screwed to the walls, cheap furniture throughout with some it held together with random screws, many electrical outlets do not work, bathroom mirrors are ornamental with actual mirror the size of a side plate and hung at about 5 ft (good luck if you are taller than that. Oh and open electrical in the showers and the master bathroom door has no handle and pretends to use a safety chain to lock it. It’s not a bad stay but by no means a 10/10.
