About this apartment rental
Spacious 2-bdrm/2.5 bath sleeps 6 in beds: King, Queen, set of twin/twin bunks (max 4 adults). Each bedroom has it's own private, dual-sink bathroom, plus a half-bath in hallway. Sanibel condos are on the West end of the beach where it is far less crowded, but still close to all the restaurants and bars!
EVERYTHING - down to flooring, furniture, mattresses, bedding, kitchen appliances, kitchen backsplash - is ALL NEW!

The condo is so unique in our area - a 30-foot-wide-wall of glass stretches the entire width of the condo, providing sweeping views down both ends of the beach. Spacious 600 sq ft main living room with leather sectional, SONOS speaker, Wi-Fi TV, and squeaky clean wood-look tile floors has room for everyone. See the Gulf from anywhere in the room! Sanibel condominiums in Gulf Shores is one of a small handful of condo developments in the area that offer direct views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of America from balconies on both the north and south sides of the tower. Sanibel has an elevated outdoor heated pool, meeting rooms, exercise room, and a steam room/sauna. Sanibel condominium is comprised of 108 individual condo units approximately two and a half miles west of the Gulf Shores Hangout. These units are upscale with upgraded finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows for expansive views of the Gulf of America and Little Lagoon.
--WE PROVIDE: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, dishes, and cookware you'll need. We provide linens, bath towels, and a starter supply set of trash bags, paper towels, three rolls of toilet paper, some liquid dishwashing soap, and some electric dishwasher soap. There is enough laundry detergent to do a few loads but if you plan on doing more, please bring an extra supply. WE ALSO PROVIDE: a rolling beach cart, a rolling cooler, and 2 folding sand chairs.
--YOU BRING: groceries, personal items, an umbrella and mallet to drive it in the sand, and beach towels. Also expect to purchase extra paper goods, and laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry everyday.
--NO PETS: COA rule and you will be evicted by building management if found with pets.
--AGE MINIMUM: any all-adult, non-familial groups must be 25 and older (not just booking person). No spring breakers or student groups.

Our whole family loved this place, the view alone is magical. I can’t imagine how it could be better for a family with kids. Minutes to the beach and everything you need already at the unit.

The condo is really perfect and is definitely the cleanest rental property we’ve ever used. It is also very well equipped with everything from kitchen gadgets, dishes, towels, etc all plentiful and in great condition! There were also four beach chairs and a beach wagon with the unit, which was super convenient! The beds are extremely comfortable and suited our family very nicely. The view is spectacular and the ideal way to start and end every day overlooking the ocean. I messaged with Cheryl several times prior to our trip and she was very responsive and helpful each time. Parking onsite was plentiful and the elevators were fast and functional. There were plenty of luggage carts available as well. The only minor negative about the property is the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the pool, which is obviously a Sanibel issue and not attributed to our specific host. The water could certainly use a good cleaning, but the pool deck was clean and well equipped with chairs. We enjoyed our visit here and will definitely plan to return again in the future!
