Relatively clean, warm, ok, easy access.

I had to pay the security deposit to some unknown firm, I get it back late. I could not pay it in cash. The “mountain view” was not what you would expext.

Perfect location, great hosts, clean and comfortable appartement.

Perfect location in Rauris. Easy to access different hiking trails even from the village. Ski resort is a few 100 meters away. Grocery store in 5 minutes walk. Very friendly hosts and dog friendly. The apartment on the ground floor was well finished, clean and comfortable. Beds were good. That apartment fells new, everything was very clean. It was our third trip in Rauris and this was our first time in this venue. We will certainly come back here when available.

Temperature of the shower is a bit difficult to adjust. That was for me. My wife had no issue with it.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, close to the ski slopes, supermarket and center of town. The playroom was also great and the hosts were very nice. Thanks for everything.

Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Apartment war sauber.

Preis/Leistung, da wir selbst vermieten und zum selben Preis mehr bieten. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir keinen Kontakt, sondern nur eine digitale Anmeldung und einen Check-in über AI. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Aufgrund der Bilder hätten wir uns die Unterkunft schöner vorgestellt.

Prachtig mooi en ruim appartement met een keuken en badkamer die je thuis zou willen hebben.

Alles was geweldig! Maar vooral de open haard en de keuken waren helemaal geweldig. Op loopafstand van goede supermarkt en het centrum. De kerstman kwam een deuntje trompetten 😀 1 kilometer van Hochalmbahn. Half uurtje rijden van het fantastische Kaprun en Zell am See

De wifi werd verbeterd tijdens ons verblijf. Maar ondanks dat was het nog niet helemaal oké. Tafelvoetbal stond buiten maar miste helaas een balletje, hetzelfde gold voor de biljartballen en er bleek geen tafeltennis te zijn. Maar dit alles kon de pret niet drukken. Er waren nog veel andere spelletjes.

Viel tegen prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Locatie was goed we hebben broodjes gekocht bij de spar We hadden een 5 persoons huisje geboekt maar qua bestek en kopjes en bord net genoeg voor 2 personen

De schoonmaak kosten en het algemene onderhoud van alles Ook vond ik een rare situatie dat mijn dochter er zit met kinderen en er dan door andere gasten gewoon gebruikt wordt, verdovende middelen

Het was een fijn verblijf.

Het huisje was helemaal prima, we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad

De gehorigheid in huis en dat er niet aan de stilte regels gehouden werd was heel erg jammer. Hard geschreeuw en gepraat nog ‘s avonds na 2300 en ook was duidelijk te horen wat er in de kelder gebeurde ‘s nachts terwijl wij op 2 hoog sliepen. Er werd geblowd maar daar werd door de eigenaar van het huis direct op ingespeeld.

مساحة كبيره تكفي ل 6 الى 7 اشخاص مطبخ كبير به طاولة طعام وادوات متكامله منطقة هادية المضيف متعاون يوجد مساحة خارجية فيها العاب اطفال ومساحات جلوس عائليه يوجد خدمات وملاعب مجاوره للسكن

لايوجد غسالة ملابس ولا مكواة للكي حشرات بكميات كبيره بالاخص الناموس والعناكب الشقه مكتومه مافيها مكيفات واذا فتحت الشباك لا يوجد شبك يمنع دخول الحشرات الصاله مكشوفه للفندق المجاور الستاره لا تغطي الزجاج كامل مفارش السرير تسببت في حساسيه للعائله كامله لم تكن نظافتها جيده
