great location, excellent place for vacation

Excellent location in the village center. Apartment is very spacious, balcony provides great view to the mountains. Bed is very comfortable. Both bath rooms had soap provided. The house also has an elevator built in.

The entire apartment and house were clean, spacious, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. We really like it. Apartment is in city center, close to restaurants, shops.

We had appartment 11: Very spacious, clean and well equipped! Comfortable bed! We felt directly at home on holiday. Ideally located in the center of Rauris. Would definately come back!

Perfect

Everything was more beautiful than in the pictures, and also spotless. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need and everything in it is of good quality. Frau Renate is an exceptional host, always ready to assist you. The house is in the heart of Rauris, in a beautiful building, and the parking spot is very conveniently located, right next to the house. We got summer cards which allowed us to visit places of interest in the area of Hohe Tauern National Park for free or at discount, which was great (Frau Renate is a member of an association of the national park, alongside other partners and institutions).

Maybe the church bell could be fixed to start at 7 or 8 instead of 6 (this doesn't obviously depend on Frau Renate). We didn't mind it though, as we always wake up early.

Vriendelijk ontvangst en fijne kamer maar niet ideaal voor kort verblijf van 1 nacht.

De locatie, het bed en de infrarood douche!

Warm en donker, slechts een klein raam wat gelukkig wel open kon. Ons verblijf was maar voor 1 nacht waardoor schoonmaakkosten bizar hoog waren. Jammer dat daar geen aanpassingen op mogelijk was.

Fijne badkamer en kwalitatief goed bed en beddengoed.

Kerkklokken luiden ‘s ochtends vroeg waardoor uitslapen er niet bij is. Meubilair balkon was niet helemaal in orde. Schoonmaakkosten prijzig en niet in verhouding.

Harmadik alkalommal voltunk vendégek, így tudtuk, hogy mire számíthatunk. Ezúttal sem csalódtunk. A szállás Rauris központjában van, minden üzlet, étterem sétáló távolságra. A parkolás megoldott, minden apartmanhoz saját, fix parkoló tartozik. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, minőségi eszközök állnak rendelkezésre. Ugyanez elmondható a fürdőszoba felszereltségéről is. Az apartmanok kényelmesek, a kilátás és a levegő kifogástalan. Nagyon fontos szempont lehet, hogy Sommercard automatikusan jár a szálláshoz, amivel rengeteg kedvezményt igénybe lehet venni.

Het appartement was volledig naar wens! Wat een prachtige locatie, ook super dat je er een pas bij krijgt zodat veel activiteiten gratis of met korting zijn

Wunderschönes, gemütliches Appartement in bester Lage

Wir waren mit dem Appartement sehr zufrieden! Es ist alles sehr modern, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Aufzug und viele komplett barrierefreie Zimmer. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Zimmer war sehr groß und hat uns ausreichend Platz geboten. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit vielen Aktivitätsangeboten aus der Gegend versorgt. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, denn für die Lage (mitten im Zentrum) und die Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers, ist der Preis mehr als in Ordnung! Das Appartementhaus Renate können wir demnach zu 100% weiterempfehlen - Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)
