🏊 Private Indoor Heated Pool - Enjoy year-round swimming in your private indoor pool (10x16 ft, ~5 ft at deepest, temperature around 83°F). The pool has a dedicated bathroom and locked keypad entry for added safety. House and pool towels are provided.
♨️ Outdoor Hot Tub - Unwind after a day of exploring the Smokies. For your safety, the hot tub is drained and sanitized before each arrival, so it may not reach full temperature on the first evening.
🎮 Game & Entertainment Room - Air hockey, Foosball, Retro arcade, 75” Roku TV with comfortable seating
🔥 Three Electric Fireplaces - Located in the living room, primary bedroom, and outdoor deck — perfect for cozy evenings and relaxed conversations.
🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining - Modern open-concept kitchen with island and dining table seating for 8, plus additional seating on the deck. Starter supplies are provided (dish soap, tabs, bar soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags). Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed. No pantry dry goods or laundry detergent are provided.

🅿️ PARKING: Cabin has private parking for up to three vehicles in the driveway. No trailers or RVs allowed. Driveway has no room for trailers/RV turnaround.

Cellular Wi-Fi available (speed may slow with multiple devices). Roku TVs in living room and all bedrooms.
This property features exterior surveillance cameras. These devices may be recording audio and video 24/7. They do not face into living areas, pool or hot tub. Covering, unplugging, or tampering with cameras and/or internet Wi-Fi related equipment will result in $250 fine.

In order to rent this property:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
● Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
● Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
● Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
● Credit card and Signed agreement must be in Booking Guest's name In other words, ALL 3 of these must be in the SAME NAME. (Example: IF it is your VRBO account, you cannot use your mother-in-law's credit card.)
● Security HOLD of $500 is required. The hold will be held 1 day before your stay and released 5 days after.
Please note, we do not accept Affirm, Pay-Pal, or any "buy now, pay later" methods.
It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance and REVIEW our Cancellation Policy prior to booking your stay.
Winter weather refunds are handled through travel insurance only.

Wildlife is common in the Smoky Mountains (bears, snakes, insects, etc.). Please keep doors and windows closed. We maintain a monthly pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside, especially during lady bug season!

● Check out before 10:00 a.m.
● Please leave beds unmade
● Remove all food
● Load and start the dishwasher. Empty sinks.

The house was modern and well appointed. The kids loves the pool and the game room. We played a lot of air hockey. Wish the hot tub was hotter our first night, but we had to wait until night two for it to hit 100 degrees. The house driveway is spacious and easy to maneuver. Very clean inside except for ladybugs. But not a bad bug to have! Great stay!

Great location, great cabin, great stay. We loved how spacious it was, the pool was clean and pleasant and the host was extremely responsive when we had a small issue. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is new and the pool was handy. But the living room was not comfortable. The house is very narrow so the living room was in the kitchen and the seating didnt make good for large families visiting. Communication was great however.
