🏊 Private Indoor Heated Pool - Enjoy year-round swimming in your private indoor pool (10x16 ft, ~5 ft at deepest, temperature around 83°F). The pool has a dedicated bathroom and locked keypad entry for added safety. House and pool towels are provided.
♨️ Outdoor Hot Tub - Unwind after a day of exploring the Smokies. For your safety, the hot tub is drained and sanitized before each arrival, so it may not reach full temperature on the first evening.
🎮 Game & Entertainment Room - Air hockey, Foosball, Retro arcade, 75” Roku TV with comfortable seating
🔥 Three Electric Fireplaces - Located in the living room, primary bedroom, and outdoor deck — perfect for cozy evenings and relaxed conversations.
🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining - Modern open-concept kitchen with island and dining table seating for 8, plus additional seating on the deck. Starter supplies are provided (dish soap, tabs, bar soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags). Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed. This property features exterior surveillance cameras. These devices may be recording audio and video 24/7. They do not face into living areas, pool or hot tub. Covering, unplugging, or tampering with cameras and/or internet Wi-Fi related equipment will result in $250 fine.

In order to rent this property:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
● Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
● Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
● Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
● Credit card and Signed agreement must be in Booking Guest's name In other words, ALL 3 of these must be in the SAME NAME. (Example: IF it is your VRBO account, you cannot use your mother-in-law's credit card.)
● Security HOLD of $500 is required. The hold will be held 1 day before your stay and released 5 days after.
Please note, we do not accept Affirm, Pay-Pal, or any "buy now, pay later" methods.
It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance and REVIEW our Cancellation Policy prior to booking your stay.
Winter weather refunds are handled through travel insurance only.

Wildlife is common in the Smoky Mountains (bears, snakes, insects, etc.). Please keep doors and windows closed. We maintain a monthly pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside, especially during lady bug season!

● Check out before 10:00 a.m.
● Please leave beds unmade
● Remove all food
● Load and start the dishwasher. Empty sinks.

Pool was kept comfortable and warm enough for my kids to swim anytime, hot tub was warm when we arrived. House was very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home. Kids loved the pool and game room. After spending every day in the National Park hiking all day, the hot tub was a perfect end to the day!

This is my HONEST REVIEW & EXPERIENCE The cabin was exactly as described in picture . However I signed and agree to do’s and don’t for the property.. That is NOT what I got in return. The contract stated the cabin was CLEAN. In return I received a dirty cabin.The cabin pictures are on point BUT my bed was soiled, I had to wash sheets 9 o’clock at night . Blood on mattress pad , icing on sheets , sheet slipping off bed , pillows with no pillow protector case ,torn dirty pillows on bed, every move, turn in bed sheets popped off, dishes where put away dirty .. I mean literally dirty ketchup on pots , food on cooking utensils . Every pillow smelled like body odor. I felt like someone lives there , got the call they had somebody that wanted to rent the cabin n they jumped up n left the cabin without it being cleaned. I was told the cleaner could have handled the situation if I would have called 9 o’clock at night ..NO this should have been done before I came like you described in the advertisement. Long story short if you want a dirty cabin take your chance .. I didn’t list EVERYTHING but if your bed is soil what else is NOT clean .
