You are going to love your stay at our newly remodeled mid century modern 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open kitchen & living room at a great location in Lubbock. Walking distance to Texas Tech and a few blocks from the shops in Tech Terrace make this the perfect spot for any trip to town. This beautiful home features a luxurious master suite with a king bed, a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom, and a comfortable queen in the 3rd bedroom. Each room is equipped with a smart tv, Hulu Live & super fast WiFi!
This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.
Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.
You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in the livingroom and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to take care of necessary responsibilities.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer along with and iron and ironing board.
The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.

Tech Terrace is a trendy neighborhood that's within walking distance to the south side of Texas Tech. Many of the homes have been or are going through extensive remodels to meet the demand for professionals, professors, and students who desire to live near campus.
One of the neighborhood parks is just down the block from our house. The park has a walking track along with tennis courts.
A fun shopping center is about 2 blocks from the house. It includes a neighborhood grocery store, coffee shop, tea room, pizza restaurant, as well as several stores.
We typically don't allow pets but make exceptions on rare occasions. Please message me about pets prior to booking.

We had a fantastic stay for our Texas Tech graduation weekend and would absolutely book again. It was the perfect setup for our multi‑generation family of six adults.The house had plenty of space so everyone could spread out and relax between events, and everything felt recently updated and very well cared for. The kitchen and home were stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made meals and snacks simple and stress‑free throughout the weekend. Each bedroom was comfortable with great beds, so every member of our group slept well and had a quiet place to recharge. The location was also ideal — we could easily walk to coffee, a local brewery, grocery shopping, and other conveniences, which made the trip even more fun and relaxing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking and our stay, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, it was an amazing stay and truly helped make our Texas Tech celebration even more special.Thank you for a great stay Trent!!

The home was exceptionally clean; actually, it was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. When we had a couple of questions, we received very timely and helpful responses. If we return to Lubbock, we would hope this home is available.

We appreciated how close the property was to all things Texas Tech. When we arrived it was easy to access and everything was clean and well organized. Trent was easy to contact with questions as well. Overall I would recommend this for a pleasant stay.
