This nineth floor condo directly over the swimming pool has amazing views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. There is a new table with seaing for four and a adirondack chair on the balcony for eating, drinking, watching the waves roll in and the boats entering and leaving the Pass. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely spectacular.
The living area has cozy seating on a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and recliner give you an ideal place to relax, with a flat screen television and DVD player.
Your fully equipped kitchen is a beauty, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cooking equipment for preparing meals. There are two chairs at the breakfast counter and four chairs at the dining table.
The colorful master bedroom has a king-size, balcony access,flat screen television, and a bathroom with an extended countertop with vanity and combination bathtub and shower.
The second bedroom has two full-size beds, bathroom with combination bathtub and shower, wall mounted flat screen television, and DVD player.
Side by side washer and dryer provided as well.

We took our grandchildren for their first beach adventure!! This condo was the perfect vacay home. The balcony overlooked the pool with an amazing view of the beach! We were there for the 4th of July. The balcony provided an amazing view of the fireworks! Would definitely recommend this condo for a family beach getaway!!

We enjoyed our condo at Phoenix East, directly on the beach with beautiful views from the 9th floor. The condo was spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. The basketball and pickle ball courts were an added bonus for the kids and they were able to get basketballs from the front desk.
