The cottage, renovated in keeping with the traditional style of Champagne and Dervois architecture (timber framing, terracotta tiles, stone), is perfect for recharging your batteries and fully enjoying the surrounding countryside (forest walks, hiking, biking)
Ideally located between the region’s two major lakes (Lac du Der and Lac de la Forêt d’Orient), 15–20 km away, you can enjoy their many activities…
The cottage sleeps up to 8 people.

On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an open-concept space featuring a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a wood-burning stove.
Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with an en suite bathroom (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x200),
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x200)
- a loft (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x200)
- and a separate toilet.

- Internet (free): Wi-Fi
- Safety: smoke detector
- Appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, iron...
- Bedding: high-quality mattresses (mattress protectors, comforters, and pillows provided). Sheets will be provided upon request for an additional fee to be paid upon arrival.
Note: If you wish to bring your own sheets, we will ensure that each bed has a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, and a pillowcase per person.
Sleeping bags are prohibited for hygiene reasons and to ensure everyone’s comfort.
