This sweet studio in warm, sandy tones is practical, simple, and comfortable. It consists of a fully operational kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and an electric cooker for easy preparation of tasty meals. Experiment and create your own unique flavours with local, fresh ingredients from the popular Thursday market, just 500m away from the house.
The comfortable queen-size bed, discreetly tucked away from the kitchen with the help of a divider, overlooks the courtyard trees, creating a peaceful, resting area. Further back and next to the large window, the sofa and wooden coffee table create a sunny, cosy, and quiet reading or working oasis. This beautiful studio is completed by the spacious closet, keeping your clothes arranged and the modern bathroom with shower that follows the same minimalist approach running throughout the space.
*The apartment has access to a shared washing machine on the same floor.
**The apartment does not have a balcony.

· Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.
Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted.
· Smoking is permitted on the balcony only — never inside the apartment.
· No parties, events or gatherings.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Please keep windows and balcony doors closed while the A/C is running.
THE BUILDING
· Quiet hours: 23:00 – 08:00. We are in a residential neighbourhood and
our neighbours live here year-round — please keep noise to a minimum,
especially on the balcony and in the stairwell.
· Please dispose of rubbish in the municipal bins before departure.
GENERAL
· Please report any damage or malfunction to our service desk immediately —
accidents happen and we would rather fix it than discover it later.
· Guests are responsible for the keys. A replacement fee applies for lost keys.
· ID details are required for all guests, as required by Greek law.
