Our brand-new luxurious & fully equipped `Urban Cocoa` Studio is ready to welcome you!
The Studio is designed to host up to 2 persons, there`s one bathroom and a kitchen with all required appliances and kitchenware.
Located on the border between the old Venetian town and the modern city of Rethymno. All important sights, such as Fortezza fortress, the old Venetian harbour, the Historical museum, and Rethymno public park are within 5 minutes walking distance.
You can enjoy the beach in 5 minutes, or a coastal walk through the marine, alternatively you can have a romantic tour in the narrow stone streets of Rethymno old city.
Car is not required, plenty of facilities within the neighborhood including pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, café-bars, and commercial stores.
The studio comes with a TV & free Wi-Fi. The bed is Queen size (1.60 X 2.00) and is equipped with good quality mattress, the bathroom and the kitchen are equipped with all required appliances, kitchenware & Nespresso coffee machine.
Other basic goods will be provided such as hand & kitchen soap, towels 100% cotton bedclothes etc.
In a quiet place in the city center very close to the sea and the old town of Rethymno.
The apartment will be clean on your arrival with fresh linen and towels, no other extra cleaning service will be added during on your stay.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
· Check-in from 16:00 (self check-in via lockbox, available 24/7)
· Check-out by 10:00
· Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability — please ask in advance
THE APARTMENT
· Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.
Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted.
· Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
· No parties, events or gatherings.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Please keep windows closed while the A/C is running.
THE BUILDING
· Quiet hours: 23:00 – 08:00. We are in a residential neighbourhood and
our neighbours live here year-round — please keep noise to a minimum,
especially in the stairwell.
· Please dispose of rubbish in the municipal bins before departure.
GENERAL
· Please report any damage or malfunction to our service desk immediately —
accidents happen and we would rather fix it than discover it later.
· Guests are responsible for the keys. A replacement fee applies for lost keys.
· ID details are required for all guests, as required by Greek law.
