Cilau Bach is set within picturesque hamlet of Trefgarn Owen surrounded by the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside and on the grounds of the owners home. This all on one level property has been superbly finished throughout to offer the perfect base to discover this wonderful area.

Newgale Beach, Nolton Haven and Broad Haven are within easy reach and perfect for sunbathing, swimming, walking or building sandcastles. The famous and historic cathedral city of St. David’s is a 15 minute drive away with its 12th century cathedral and medieval ruins of Bishop’s Palace that you can explore, along with many art galleries, gift shops, good choice of restaurants and traditional pubs specialising in local produce - it’s a great location. Cilau Bach has been lovingly decorated with warm tones and quality fixtures and fittings used in each room, the bright and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living space is social and perfect to rest in after a busy day exploring, the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing that special meal or dine al fresco with a BBQ. On an evening curl up in front of the TV with a good movie and glass of wine. Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully decorated with quality linens and boasting en-suite facilities.

Travelling north, you will uncover the fishing village of Porthgain and a delightful restaurant which specialises in local freshly caught sea fish, and overlooks the harbour, a delightful setting or travel south along this picture postcard coastline to Little Haven and then on to tranquil St. Brides, complete with crystal clear water and great diving, kayaking or fishing. Continue onto Dale at the far south west point of Pembrokeshire, and along the magnificent and dramatic coastline is Martin’s Haven where you will discover Lockley Lodge Visitor Centre, which is the gateway to the islands of Skomer and Skokholm. This really is a wildlife haven and is well-known for puffins, gannets, razorbills and of course grey seals and dolphins. Oakwood, Wales’ largest theme park, is a fun day out for all the family, and located only 30 minutes away, or for those with younger families, be sure to visit Folly Farm Zoo where you can see rhinos, giraffes and even lions!
