This charming house, with its typical barn entrance, is situated in a peaceful, natural setting and features a private, but not fenced, courtyard (300 m²).
Near Saugues (4 km): Collegiate church, chapel, Beast of Gévaudan Museum, English Tower, swimming in the ecological lake, weekly market, all shops and services, festivals and events in the summer. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (sofa bed, TV), shower room/WC.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 small double bed), shower room, WC.
The cottage is semi-detached.
