Detached house on the banks of the Allier River, an outbuilding of an old mill, fully restored in a contemporary style with a terrace, an open courtyard, and a terraced garden (1,000 m²).
Nearby: whitewater sports (canoeing and kayaking), Chilhac (medieval village, paleontology museum) 4 km away, Cluniac priory in Lavoûte-Chilhac (7 km away), Langeac (Jacquemart Museum, Saint-Gal festival, adventure trail, etc.) 6 km away.
All shops and services are located in Langeac (5 km away). Ground floor: garage.
1st floor: living room-kitchen (TV, wood-burning stove), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with private shower room, toilet.
2nd floor opening onto a mezzanine: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom, toilet.
The first fire is free, then wood is an additional charge: €60/cubic meter. Heating and electricity charges are included.
Baby equipment available upon request: crib, high chair, and bathtub.
Swimming on site is unsupervised.
