Beach Access in this private beach community with one mile of beach! Summer is a wonderful time of year for a romantic getaway, family celebration, or long weekend staycation. This cozy and comfy beach house is a short walk/drive to the private community beach. Come beach comb one mile of shoreline, take in a beautiful morning sunrise and enjoy the calm waters of the bay. A great area for families, couples retreat and traveling workers.
We provide beach chairs (variety of sizes), shade tent, beach umbrella, kayaks w/life jackets, beach wagon, beach towels, beach sand toys, outdoor games/indoor board games, cooler, two grills and so much more.
Southern Maryland has beautiful hiking trails, parks, delicious restaurants and small towns to explore. During your stay, you will have a well stocked house with all you need when getting away. Full kitchen food prep essentials, and cooking tools. Included are bed linens, bath towels, starter pack of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, toiletries, and more. House has great wifi, tv with app streaming. This cozy vintage house is great for working remote, taking a relaxing vacay, or if you need a short term rental. Budget friendly and a short drive from DC, Virginia and a few hours from PA. Why drive across the Bay bridge and deal with the traffic? Southern Maryland is a wonderful place to explore for all ages and all seasons! We have awesome hiking trails, restaurants, beaches, kayak launches, art/antique shops and more!

This was a wonderful, clean, cozy house very close to the beach. We went fossil hunting at Calvert Beach and also at Peres on the Potomac. We had our little dog with us and so we ate at the house most evenings, sitting on the deck which was very relaxing and Lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice beach house for a small family vacation- my son loved it so much he cried when we had to leave. Host was very thorough and house was well stocked with what was needed as described. Beds comfortable, clean and comfy place to rest after a day a the beach! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Great location, so quiet, the host was so nice. They made sure everything was set before arriving. Definitely worth it, if you have time the beach isn't that far away. All amenities listed are here, and the amenities also work.

Host was great to communicate with --- always available if needed, but never intrusive. House was great and had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach. We loved our stay here. Would stay here again.
