The house was amazing! We previously rented another home in the community that we loved. They changed rental companies this year and the price went up significantly so we decided to book Island Pony. It did not disappoint! The kitchen was even nicer, the house was very well stocked, and the beach chairs and other items in the garage were a great surprise! The only complaint was that this was the second year in a row that the pool was not operational during our stay. Last year, it didn’t open until the day we were leaving. This year, it was open the first several days (THANK GOODNESS BECAUSE OF THE HEAT!) but the filter wasn’t working. There were people there working on it the last two or three days of our stay. Hopefully, it can be fixed for good before our stay next year because the pool is a big reason we are willing to pay a little bit more for a rental.

Always a relaxing time. The screened in porch with the canal view is so peaceful that it's hard to leave it to go to beach!
