The first level was designed with fun in mind with the game room with pool table and wet bar with full size refrigerator and the neighboring media room will delight the family with home theater system with surround sound and DVD. Step upstairs and relax in one of 4 welcoming bedrooms: a king master bedroom with access to its own private deck, a master with a pyramid bunk with trundle, a king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles that both share the convenient full hall bath. All bedrooms in the home have their own TV/DVD. Enjoy sky high views from the top level king master bedroom with private deck and beautiful views or take in the ocean vistas from the adjacent great room with home theater system with surround sound and oceanfront dining area. Retreat to the quiet tower room for a private respite or just step outside to the wraparound decks with clear views of the Atlantic for a relaxing end to a sunny beach day. When you have a taste for the high life with plenty of blue ocean views, you’ll agree there’s nothing quite like OCEAN HI.

The house met or exceeded all our expectations. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the pool and hot tub. Beach access was right across the driveway. We did wish there were screens in the doors and windows so we could open them and listen to the sounds of the ocean without insects flying in. Otherwise, the house was a great place to stay and relax.

The house was everything we had hoped for it to be. It was comfortable and roomy enough for 8 adults and 2 dogs. Even though it is listed as semi-oceanfront, we didn't have a house in front of us to obstruct our views and it was an "oceanfront" walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our week in Rodanthe!

House was spotless & extremely spacious. Plenty of bedrooms, baths & balconies. More than enough kitchen utensils are suppled. Great quiet location steps from the beach!

Our family of 6 and our pups really enjoyed this house, it had everything we needed! Loved the hot tub, the proximity to the beach, the space for the dogs to run outside and the heated pool! The view of the ocean was gorgeous and the house is on a private road making for a very quiet trip. Would absolutely recommend and will look to visit again! The hot tub was out of commission for a day but Surf or Sound realty sent out maintenance and got it corrected quickly.
