About this apartment rental
It is very special to sit on the large terrace made of natural stone and let your gaze wander over the sea, the silhouette of Capri and the Amalfi coast. You also have this fantastic view from the two rooms of the 80m2 large light-flooded apartment. The decor is lovely, modern and tasteful. The connection with the sea and the southern atmosphere in the garden, the scent of roses and herbs, as well as olives, lemons and oranges are the characteristic feature of this new villa in the Cilentan style with two residential units. Parking, washing machine, satellite TV, beach chairs are available. The location on a hill 130 meters below the medieval Castellabate in the middle of the Cilento is quiet, but not completely secluded, but in the midst of several detached houses with gardens. Up to Castellabate, down to Santa Maria. Within walking distance you can reach both places, shops, bars, restaurants or the beach in 25 minutes

Rosa, who grew up in San Leo, cares lovingly for the house and for the welfare of the holiday guests. She prepares the apartment and is responsible for the final cleaning. On request, she also likes to come to you as an aid, do the cleaning or bring pre-ordered homemade pasta, so you just have to sit down at the table. Luigi takes care of the garden. Costabile is here, should a technical problem arise.
If you want a second bedroom, this can be rented on request and even if you like traveling with friends, there is a second very exclusive loft apartment in the house on request.
The nearest beach is in Santa Maria and stretches to the port in San Marco. The sandy beach is ideal for children. The Cilento coast to the south has many beautiful beaches, some lonely, some full of people. Everyone finds their favorite place. If you just want to walk by the sea, you can walk for hours from Agropoli to Ogliastro.

We had a great experience at the house of Gisela. The location is brilliant because of the wonderfull view but also the green and quiteness. Everything about the house is good; it is decorated with taste and everything is new and clean. I would highly recommend !

We have just spent two weeks at Casa Luce and had a fantastic time. The apartment lived up to the photos on the website. It was comfortable and very well equipped and the perfect place to unwind. Gisela and Berndt were in situ upstairs (an equally lovely apartment) during our time at Casa Luce and could not have been more helpful.
We'd recommend the Casa very strongly and feel sure we'll be back.
