"Casa Melagrana":
spacious, lovingly furnished, comfortable apartment with a bedroom and a bathroom
2 additional sleeping options on the couch in the living room
fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and espresso machine,
large terrace with several seats and a covered resting place on the terrace.
On our beautiful property you have the opportunity to rent one of our 3 apartments. The apartments are different and each have their own character:
- "Casa Melagrana" = the spacious and comfortable apartment with 120sqm.
- "Nascondiglo" = the small and cozy apartment with approx .: 43sqm
- "Casott" = the new and dreamy little house with approx .: 35sqm
The 3 apartments have separate entrances, cozy living-dining areas and private terraces with sea views. The apartments each have a bedroom; depending on the apartment, 2 to 4 people can stay overnight.
"Nascondiglo" and "Casott" are equipped with minimalist kitchens and shower rooms.
"Melagrana" has a complete kitchen equipment with
and washing machine, a bath and a covered terrace with sleeping facilities.
Internet connections are available in all 3 apartments.
The apartments can be rented separately or together.

The small medieval town of Castellabate lies on a 278 m high mountain peak above the sea with a lot of 'Belvedere'. The place developed around the castle built in 1123, which served the population as protection against Saracen raids. Winding alleys, archways, labyrinthine stairways lead through the intact historical center. It was not for nothing that Castellabate was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The coastal towns of San Marco, Santa Maria di Castellabate and Ogliastro Marina also have more than wide sandy beaches to offer. In the heart of the Centro Storico: the Aragonese coast watchtower at the port of Santa Maria di Castellabate.
Santa Maria: The heart of the Centro Storico of Santa Maria beats on a sandy bay surrounded by fishermen's houses, venerable palazzi and an Aragonese coast watchtower. It is wonderful to stroll here and in the adjacent pedestrian zone. San Marco has a long seafaring tradition. So there is still an active fishing fleet and traditional wooden ships are built. South of San Marco there are delightful hikes on the Monte Licosa peninsula. In front of Cape Licosa is one of the two marine natural parks of the Cilento.

Von der Anfahrt bis zur Abfahrt hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt idyllisch, ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön fanden wir die Sonnenuntergänge, den Boots-Ausflug nach Capri oder Abende in Castellabates Restaurants mit Meerblick. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. ;)

Appartamento molto accogliente, intimo, ben curato nei dettagli, con vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Castellabate. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima... La ricorderemo per molto tempo!!!

Mein Mann und ich haben 18 wundervolle Tage in der großen Wohnung der Casa Melagrana verbracht. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel: das Haus ist sehr persönlich mit viel Liebe und sicherem Geschmack eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. "Leider" konnten wir die schöne Einrichtung gar nicht richtig nutzen, denn das Wetter war einfach zu schön, um sich drinnen aufzuhalten. Unser absoluter Lieblingsort war deshalb die wunderbare Terrasse mit ihren lauschigen Plätzen im Schatten oder in der Sonne, umrankt von blühendem Oleander, Wein, Rosen und vielen anderen Pflanzen. Einfach dazusitzen und auf's Meer zu schauen während um uns herum Schmetterlinge sich jagten und die eine oder andere Eidechse über die warmen Steine huschte, war unsere tägliche Meditation. Wir mussten uns regelrecht aufraffen, um etwas zu unternehmen und wenn wir dann abends zurückkehrten, freuten wir uns schon darauf, bei einem kühlen Glas Wein den Blick auf die Amalfiküste und die (tatsächlich) bei Capri untergehende Sonne genießen zu können.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Liebe Frau Randak, ganz herzlichen Dank noch einmal, dass Sie uns Ihr schönes Haus anvertraut haben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wenn die rote Sonne bei Capri im Meer versinkt .... Ein schönes Lied, eine schöne Melodie und das dazu passende Feriendomizil. Das ist die Villa Melagrana.
Die Hanglage des Gebäudes, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und der sehr schön gestaltetet Außenbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein Vielzahl von Plätzen rund ums Haus, ermöglichen es, dass man im Laufe des Tages, je nach Wunsch, entweder Sonne oder Schatten finden kann. Der kleine lebhafte Einkaufsort St. Maria di Castellabate zu Füßen der Villa bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Und der UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Ort Castellabate oberhalb des Ferienhauses bietet ein traumhaftes Ambiente mit viel Tradition und "Italienflair".
Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in das Ferienhaus Melagrana zurück. Hier kann man direkt nach der Ankunft die Seele baumeln lassen, Ruhe finden und das Leben genießen.
