Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a one car garage and an additional reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis/Pickleball Court: Tennis/Pickleball Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This condo has plenty of room for a family. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the basic things we needed. The pool is quite close along with the pickle ball / tennis court very close. The pool has nice Barbecues that are only a short walk from the condo. The beach is about a 5 min drive along with the grocery store. There is an additional grocery store up the hill about 15 min away in Waikoloa Village. The management company does a nice job getting all of the information you need to you along answering any questions you might have.

The unit we stayed in was great. It was really close to the pool/gym/ and tennis courts. Short walk to King shop and golf courses. There are a bunch of really great beaches all with in a 20 minute drive. Would stay there again in the future.

The unit was worn and there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener in the unit that created breathing issues for the family. There were lots of bugs throughout the unit, ants, and cockroaches.
We ended departing a day earlier than booked to go elsewhere.
